Direct Debit: you will immediately receive your product activation information after completing the online order process.
Payment by Bank Transfer: you will receive access details for your download as well as an order confirmation after receipt of your transfer.
PayPal: Please note that it can take up to four working days (PayPal eCheck payments up to seven days) to receive your order confirmation by email, even though you will receive immediate confirmation of the completion of your transaction from PayPal.
If you have ordered a backup CD (if available on the shop), it will be sent within 24 hours after receipt of your payment.
Shipment within Germany, Europe and the United States normally takes place within one week, depending on availability of stock.
For deliveries to other countries, please allow 2-3 weeks.
