In case of a wrong or damaged delivery of a box product, please follow the instructions below to return the merchandise:
(1) REQUEST A RETURN NUMBER
Please apply for a return number by submitting a ticket via the "Contact" function of this page.
To process the request in a timely manner we need the following information:
Customer Number
Order Number
Article Number
Description of the damage / article name of the wrong article
Email address used for the purchase
After all information was submitted, we will process your request and you will receive an RMA form with a Return Number and the address of the warehouse the products need to be shipped to.
(2) RETURNING YOUR PACKAGE
(a) Write down the Return Number clearly on the outside of the shipping package.
(b) Include the RMA form in your package together with the article(s) you want to return and send it back to the warehouse shown on the RMA form.
(3) RMA IS IN PROCESS
Your Return will be processed as soon as it is received and a cancellation or resend of a new product to replace the damaged or wrong article will be arranged.

Important Notice:
If a credit card was used for your purchase, the amount will be returned to that credit card account. Depending on the credit card issuer, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. It is possible that the returned funds may not appear on the credit card statement covering your current billing cycle, but on your next statement.
